Objective Data. Measurable Performance.

Golf Performance Testing

We combine the most advanced physical testing technologies in golf — 3D force plates, 4D motion sensors, and TPI screening — to produce a comprehensive data profile that drives smarter training and gives your coaches the information they need.

Our Approach

Opinion Has Left the Room. Data Has Taken Its Place.

Most golf fitness conversations start and end with observation — a coach watches you swing, a trainer watches you move, and everyone offers an opinion. Opinions are useful. Data is actionable.

Our Golf Performance Testing protocol captures what the human eye cannot: the precise ground reaction forces driving your swing, the exact timing of every segment in your kinematic chain, and a TPI-validated physical profile mapped directly to your swing characteristics. The result is a comprehensive data set — not impressions, not guesswork — that tells the full physical story of your game.

That data fuels two things simultaneously: a sports performance program built precisely around what your body needs, and a detailed report your golf coach can use to align their technical instruction with your physical realities.

Golf performance assessment in progress

Three Technologies. One Complete Picture.

No single tool tells the whole story. We use three industry-leading technologies in combination so that every dimension of your physical performance is captured and quantified.

Smart 2 Move 3D Force Plate

The Smart 2 Move force plate captures real-time, three-dimensional ground reaction forces throughout every phase of the golf swing. We measure how you load, transfer, and push off from the ground — quantifying the power, timing, and symmetry of the forces your body generates. This data reveals inefficiencies invisible to the naked eye: early weight transfers, force leaks, and asymmetrical loading patterns that cost distance and invite injury.

4D Motion Sensor Technology

Our 4D motion sensor system tracks the precise position, velocity, and acceleration of your pelvis, thoracic spine, and lead arm in real time — capturing the full kinematic sequence of your swing in three dimensions plus time. We see exactly when each segment initiates, peaks, and decelerates, allowing us to identify where your kinematic chain breaks down, where energy is lost, and where your sequencing diverges from elite-level patterns.

TPI Golf Performance Testing

The Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) screening protocol is the gold standard for evaluating golf-specific movement. Our TPI-certified assessment evaluates 16 physical screens directly linked to the most common swing characteristics — identifying mobility limitations, stability deficits, and movement compensations that are holding your game back. TPI testing connects your physical findings to your swing tendencies with evidence-backed precision.

The Data We Collect

Everything Your Performance Needs to Know

Three data streams, captured simultaneously and analyzed together to build a complete physical picture.

Ground Force

3D Force Plate Metrics

Peak vertical, anterior-posterior, and medial-lateral forces; weight distribution at address, backswing, transition, and impact; ground reaction force timing relative to club position.

Kinematics

4D Motion Sensor Output

Pelvis and thoracic rotation velocity and sequencing; X-Factor and X-Factor stretch; segment separation at transition; lead arm swing plane and tempo across the full swing cycle.

TPI Screen

16-Point Physical Evaluation

Hip internal rotation, thoracic mobility, shoulder dissociation, pelvic tilt and rotation, single-leg stability, lat length, and wrist hinge — each mapped to specific swing characteristics.

Data transfer to golf coach

Coach Collaboration

Your Coach Gets the Data Too.

The most powerful result of this testing isn't what it does for your training — it's what it does for your coaching relationship. Your golf instructor now has objective physical data to inform every technical decision they make. Instead of working around what your body can and can't do, they can work with it.

We provide a formatted data transfer report — clear, coach-readable, and organized by physical finding and its swing correlation — designed specifically to integrate with your existing instruction. We encourage direct collaboration with your coaching team so that your physical progress and your technical development move in the same direction.

When your fitness team and your coaching team share the same data, the results compound.

What You Receive

A Complete Performance Profile — and a Plan to Build On It

  • A complete baseline of your current physical capabilities and movement patterns
  • Objective data to prioritize which physical limitations are most impacting your game
  • A sports performance program built specifically around your testing results
  • A comprehensive data report formatted for direct sharing with your golf coach
  • Ongoing re-testing to track physical progress and correlate it to on-course improvements
  • Insight into injury risk factors before they become problems that sideline you

Who This Is For

Built for the Golfer Who Demands More Than Opinions

  • Competitive golfers who want an objective, data-driven picture of their physical game
  • Players whose coach has identified physical limitations but lacks the tools to measure them
  • Athletes preparing for a competitive season who want a performance baseline
  • Golfers returning from injury who need objective clearance data before ramping up
  • Any player who wants their training and their coaching to work from the same set of facts
  • Senior golfers looking to quantify and slow the physical changes affecting their swing
