Fascial Stretch Therapy™ (FST) was developed by Ann and Chris Frederick at the Stretch to Win® Institute and has since been adopted by professional sports teams, Olympic athletes, and elite rehabilitation clinics worldwide.
Where conventional stretching works against individual muscles in isolation, FST works with the body's fascial network as a unified system. A therapist guides you through undulating, spiral movement patterns on a padded table — synchronizing with your breath, applying traction to the joint capsules, and systematically releasing fascial tension across entire lines of the body.

The Research
Rooted in Decades of Fascial Science
FST began with Ann Frederick's 1995 study at Arizona State University, where assisted stretching produced range-of-motion gains averaging 45% above controls — far beyond what self-stretching had achieved in previous research.
Since the First Fascia Research Congress at Harvard Medical School in 2007, the scientific community has confirmed what FST practitioners observed clinically: fascia is the body's primary proprioceptive organ, housing 80% of free nerve endings that communicate directly with the brain's insula cortex.
